Where to find every payment your workspace has made, and how to download a receipt.
Every payment a workspace has made is listed in Settings β Billing, newest first, with the plan it was for, the number of seats, the amount and the date.
Downloading a receipt
Each payment in the list has a download button beside it, which gives you a PDF receipt for that payment.
Receipts stay on the billing page, so you can download one whenever you need it, including long after the payment was made.
What's on a receipt
- The workspace it was for
- The plan and the number of seats
- The amount charged, in Iraqi dinar
- The date, and the payment reference
That is the document to send to whoever handles your accounting.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I find my receipts?
Settings β Billing, in the payment history list. Each successful payment has a download button for its PDF receipt.
Can admins see the payment history?
They can open the billing page, but buying, renewing and changing plans stay with the workspace owner.
What currency is the receipt in?
Iraqi dinar β the amount actually charged, not the US dollar list price the plan is quoted in.
